BRC Area 16 Show Jumping & Style Jumping Qualifier

July 11

(Championship at Lincolnshire Showground 4th & 5th September 2021)


The Competition will be run in accordance with BRC 2021 Handbook Competition Rules.

Health and Safety + Covid-19 regulations and notices must be adhered to at all times.
Competitors must wear the correct standard hats, with a harness properly adjusted and fastened. All Hats must be tagged with a 2018 BRC/BE/PC Aqua colour tag.

Hats need to be brought to the Official Steward for checking / tagging before competitors will be allowed to compete only if they do not have an Aqua colour tag as per above.

All horse Flu Vaccs must be current and within 6 months and 21 days of the qualifier which is on, or, after 22nd December 2020.

Please remember it is the owner’s / competitor’s responsibility to make sure the horse’s / pony’s vaccination certificate is correct. If a certificate is found to be incorrect the horse / pony will be disqualified and not be permitted to compete at the Qualifier. A disqualified horse / pony is not permitted to be substituted at either the qualifier, or for the championship.

Any item of jewellery or alternative medical treatment wristbands must be covered up by clothing or gloves, if they cannot be removed, at the riders own risk.
Hair must be neatly secured and must not hang lower than the shoulder line (when standing normally).
Only competitors may work in a horse/pony before a class/phase.
No horses to be left unattended tied up outside horseboxes/trailers – Rule G9.3 refers. 


Children aged 16 years and under must not be left unattended in vehicles. 

Individuals under the age of 12 are not permitted in warm-up arenas on foot under any circumstances. Rule G20.2 refers.

Cars to be parked in allocated area only.
Please pick all litter, muck and hay from around your horsebox in the parking area and take home. 

TEAM MANAGERS – The Qualifier will take place using the current Covid 19 Government guidelines and as applied by BRC

To ensure the Qualifier is run safely each club taking part will be asked to provide a number of volunteers.
