AGM AND PIE AND PEA SUPPER

Time:  6.30pm AGM  (your chance to talk about any issues and ideas for the club)  followed by supper and prize giving at approx 7.30pm (see agenda and timetable at bottom of this email)

 

Cost:   We have kept the same costings as last year which were £12 for adults and £5 for juniors.  This will be the same for members and non-members.  (This is for the pie and peas – if you are only attending for the AGM and not eating then there is no cost)

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:    PLEASE PAY IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR MEAL VIA BANK TRANSFER  TO HVRC ref. Pie&Peas so that we have an accurate idea of numbers.

 

(OTHER MEANS OF ADVANCE PAYMENT ALSO ACCEPTED PLEASE SPEAK WITH ANY COMMITTEE MEMBER)
